Everything is so beautiful and the vibes are 🫶🏻. They also have soundbaths every Thursday at 7 pm (on Classpass too). I will for sure be coming back at least once a week! My wife and I were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk, who then gave us instructions on how to do the online paperwork. Rayana took my blood pressure, explained the whole process, showed me where to change, helped me pick a song, and gave me a run down of the expected benefits from cyrotherapy. She was super friendly and kept my wife company while I danced around in the cyrotherapy chamber for 3min and 30seconds. I definately felt the endorphin rush and the energy immediately after the experience. Coming back soon to try it again! 5 stars.

Contrary to what the lady at the front desk thinks, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the Class Pass app or in the confirmation email. The sauna itself was fine, clean, but no colored light therapy inside. Just a small white light bulb for reading, like on an airplane. There’s bluetooth but my phone wasn’t able to connect or find the network. I liked the space itself, it had a calming peaceful vibe. Wish they would incorporate more of that “healing energy” spirit into the Sauna room/experience.
