Most of the class was a combination of cycling to the beat and small upper body movements to get the core and arms involved as well. As a beginner I had a hard time both keeping up with the beat and hitting the upper body movements (hello coordination??) but even just cycling as fast as I could and doing my best with the upper body I thought I got a good workout in. Emily was a friendly instructor with a killer playlist!! I’m not sure it’s something I will do every week but I will definitely be back!
