It is obvious that this is a special group of people (many of the riders knew each other and the energy and good vibes in the room were palpable). Ali helped me get set up on my bike and told me what to expect. The ride itself was challenging but fun. I would absolutely come here again!!

I asked specifically to focus on neck & shoulders (to help alleviate pain from my poor posture at work) and she made sure to work those really well but also worked in my full body, literally worked on me from head to toes. It was very relaxing. I was able to park for free right out front, the instructions to get to the studio were clear, and didn’t have problems with noise during my session.

see all reviewsI had a massage with Sophia. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say it’s the best massage I have ever had! I felt very seen and heard with Sophia, and she got right to work on my tight muscles and fascia with deep pressure. I felt so much better afterward and she even loaned me a book so I can keep learning about my body. I’m so happy with my massage and I can’t wait to come back for another. I’m recommending Legacy and Sophia to all my KC friends!

see all reviewsIt’s nice and spacious but of course you get normal polish and have to pay extra $18 for gel. What was really disappointing was the pedicure itself on feet and heel skin , barely touched it with the polish sponge so I came back home with the same kinda hard skin I went it for (I can do polish myself..) but it’s hard sometimes to nicely finish your own feet so they are soft. The girl did the right leg a bit more but left one I even told her I can lift it up if it’s hard to reach. I guess she doesn’t like doing it. Instead she scrubbed my calves and shins for a good while , the granules a bit too much tbh. I did not need to exfoliate my lower legs , feet was what I thought I was paying for 😅
