Loved this class and the way the instructor runs it. Stephanie is so good at explaining the methods or training. She has a real life comparison for all the moves the poses. She makes me laugh and she makes me fit!!!! The class flew by. Grateful to have this outlet.

Huff & Puff Before You Stuff
What a fun environment!!! Sonja was so welcoming and warm - you can tell she LOVES what she does and her community! Everyone was so friendly and the ambience felt like “we are in this together!!!”. I really enjoyed this class. I’m sad I don’t live here anymore otherwise I would love to workout with these ladies often!!! My brother also joined and had a great time. The class is set up so that you can go at your own pace. Thanks again Sonja!!!
