Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.

I did make mention that the lights could be dimmed way more and the shades should be closed as the traffic lights from Broadway were quite bright. It's often a challenge to do yoga at a gym yet this space was way more conducive than most.

Pro-tip: get to class early because street parking is a gamble and you might end up parking a block away. It's near Colfax, so stay alert when you leave class late at 9:30pm.
