    Bike and Beats

This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

Not a massive gym, but it’s not busy so able to do all I wanted to. Really friendly front of house. Nice pool too! It has a sauna but didn’t use it.

Great concept! Really good kit and nice to be alone and be able to connect to the speakers. I’ll definitely be back. I wish you could book 1.5hr slots!
