    Big place. Great amenities. Clean, too. Friendly staff. I really enjoyed yoga. Janelle (not sure if I got the spelling right!) was super friendly and I liked her. I did feel that the yoga session was short as there were breathing exercises at the start. Overall, I’d be back if I still have credits.

    I got there around 9:30am on a Sunday for a swim. It was still a little bit quiet and I was the only one at the pool until around 10:15am. Adrian was lovely and very welcoming. He took me around the facility and explained each and every single areas there. Super modern facility and pretty sure it have everything for everyone.

    I love everything about this class, and the teachers enthusiasm and enjoyment of what she does is infectious. So much fun. I only wish that I could get into her Tuesday evening class. As a class pass member I can only book a week in advance and it’s always already full. The notify me option doesn’t work either 🤦‍♀️ Would love to able to go on a Tuesday though ❤️

    I loved the opportunity to dance in a studio environment again! It was a traditional dance class, with a warm up in the centre, corner exercises and then choreography. Definitely gets your heart rate up but it’s not a fitness/workout style class. I would have preferred if it was an entire hour so we had more time to spend on floor work before launching into choreo, 45 mins went too quickly. Great for beginners to dance or anyone who grew up dancing and misses the feeling now.

    Signed up for the HIIT class but arrived and apparently that class has been replaced with Zumba for a while now. Stayed for Zumba and it was a great class but they need to update their timetable on ClassPass. Hesitant to book again because I don’t know what class I’ll get.

    HTF Latin Dance Class

    That was one of my favourite dance classes ever - top 10. Peter was amazing and everyone was so welcoming. I recommend this class to all, especially those who want to be around professional and pre professional dancers but in a very non toxic environment. Thank you so much :))

    Nice space, friendly staff, great equipment- enjoyed that the treadmills have a nature view option so I still got the feel of doing a nice hike from the comforts of inside whilst it pours with rain outside. Will likely be back when the weather is again so poor I’m unable to enjoy a walk outside! Thank you ☺️
