    Having completed nearly 500 classes on ClassPass, I can honestly say this was one of the most well instructed, motivating, and challenging classes I have taken. Carlos structured the class to accommodate all fitness levels and challenge multiple parts of the body at one time for a true full body workout. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but conveyed a genuine care and passion for his profession and students. If you’re anywhere close to this studio his class is a must! If I could give it 100 stars I would; great job Carlos!

    Quaint training hallway, good outdoor work out, fresh air, gets the blood flowing. Great conditioning and mobility drills, great for off days or if you’re already sore. Not as intense as other circuits, crossfit, or trx. The gym is a nice space you may use before or after class to warm up, cool down, or do some additional training, weight lifting or cardio.

    Great workout! The class feels like a non-stop personal training session with an athletic trainer, yet you're in a class setting.     I liked it. I'd give it a 7-8/10 in terms of physical intensity. It was a small group (7 people) and I liked that a lot, and felt pretty welcoming and friendly. Then we proceeded to do groups of 4 sets of exercises - alternating between two exercises, 4 sets each, then do another set of 4-4, and ending with some core. I got pretty sweaty and definitely feel all the lunges and squats we did (I like that they have a stronger emphasis than most on those). Very nice facilities, bathroom was nice and they have a shower. The space is a little cramped but given the exercises we did it was fine. Overall had a fun experience getting a good workout.
