    Quaint training hallway, good outdoor work out, fresh air, gets the blood flowing. Great conditioning and mobility drills, great for off days or if you’re already sore. Not as intense as other circuits, crossfit, or trx. The gym is a nice space you may use before or after class to warm up, cool down, or do some additional training, weight lifting or cardio.

    They’ve changed the class. It used to be run by Aleks, but now they’ve combined it with the normal CrossFit class and pushed it 30 mins earlier. Attendance has dwindled. I miss Aleks but thankfully the gym owner who runs the combined class is still great. I’ve only done one of the new format classes so far, so don’t take my opinion as gospel yet, but so far, it’s still a rockin class! Bootcamp-style weightlifting class with lots of cardio.
