    sweat flow

I love this class but the space just feels so crammed and uncomfortable when it’s a full class. I understand the business wants to hit max capacity, but when class is this full it’s hard for me to tune in and feel my best. Love this class and this studio and will continue to come. Would just love a littleeeee more space between the mats (: thank you!

Vinyasa Flow + Yin / Deep Stretch (Heated 80*F)

Not sure if the class was heated, but the flow was really nice. Good challenge, and great yin yoga at the end. Would def recommend for beginners.

    IN-STUDIO Vinyasa Flow Basics

Geoff was fantastic this evening. He was very clear in his instructions which allowed me to relax and focus more on my breath than the instruction. Highly recommend!

Level 1 Beginner NEW TO HOOP Start Here

Love the instructor, Melissa C makes the class extra fun and is really good with beginners/first timers. Even though it's impossible to get the basics down right away she still makes sure you get up in the hoop, have fun and feel accomplished. Plus the warm up is great for former dancers and gymnasts. I finally feel like my body is getting the conditioning I've been missing out on in yoga and pilates. Great vibe from teachers and students alike. Highly recommend this gym!

Intense! My ass was def kicked. I think if you want to get strong, fast, agile and learn a bit of self defense this is a great class. Is this a good class for beginners? Only if you’re willing to push push push yourself. I personally do not like feeling like I’m punishing myself with exercise, so this wasn’t for me. That said, the instructor is very encouraging, very nice, and will challenge you (which is a great thing imo) to always do your best.
