    This class is a grueling, effective workout built on basics. I havent worked out hard in a long time and decided to take this class to challenge myself. And oh what a challenge it was. Lee is great. She gave me modifications for an injury and also for when things got tough. I would not necessarily recommend this class for beginners or for those who are out of shape. William is awesome and provided helpful, thoughtful and targeted instruction proving he clearly knows what he is talking about and resulting in a rounded, full body workout.
