    This class was haaaard but fun. Jessica was an amazing instructor! Full of energy, motivating and took so much time to intro me to the class. She went through the treadmill safety and encouraged me to always go at my own pace. A full on class for sure, beginners just do whatever you can don’t worry about following the recommended speed

    Good one! Naomi explains what the runs are really well so you know when to pace yourself and when to push. Quite a lot of jumping type movements in the shaper section which is very tough but nice amount of deadlifts and squats too and she was checking everyones form best she could considering it’s v dark 👍
