She perfectly programmed a series to burn out muscles in a functional way while building us up mentally the entire time! I wish more instructors had her expertise!

My class today was even more challenging than my first class, because the instructors always emphasize safe and effective form and technique. Caylynn is challenging, kind, and so motivating!
