see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

see all reviewsThis yoga studio is so special. It’s the most beautiful space I’ve ever practiced in and the teachers are fantastic! The infrared lights are a wash of beautiful color and yes, of course you come here to practice but you could just do nothing and you’d still get the benefits of being at an infrared sauna. There is a gorgeous salt wall and I’m hooked. I don’t think I can practice anywhere else because after I leave here, I feel like I’ve been to a spa, my therapist and the gym. They have inexpensive mat and towel rentals, spacious and beautiful changing rooms for any gender and inexpensive water and kombucha for sale. If you enjoy heated yoga you will never go anywhere else again. #classpassinsider

see all reviewsSub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.
