    Lotus Flow

5 stars as usual. Deborahs classes are never the same. I respect the thoughtfulness and effort she puts into her work. Shes engaging (walks around the class, adjusts poses), challenging, and uplifting. Love her and love laughing lotus!

Justin Timberlake vs. Britney Spears WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Loved this class! Ashley was an awesome leader. The flow was challenging and very well paced. I typically don’t like hot yoga but this was at a perfect level that made me feel more flexible and invigorated. And the music was everything!! Probably not for beginners but if you already like yoga, this is such a fun and unique way to take your practice to the next level.

    WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Lindsey taught a great class! Warning to beginners, she doesn't do any of the movements, just says them. So if you are unfamiliar with the basic poses, you may get a little lost. Facilities aren't anything special so don't plan on showering or getting ready for work here. I will be back though!

    Restorative

Tara is always lovely, genuine and fantastic. However, the ridiculous girls behind the front desk made ENDLESS noise, laughing and chattering loudly and walking unnecessarily loudly. I know that the studio has wood floors and is in an old building, but I even contemplated leaving or asking if they could pipe down. Choose a space closer to the windows and side of the studio with the shelf of bolsters.

    Yoga for Athletes

Great class with Karen! Somewhat unorthodox yoga class in that theres no specific flow to the exercises like in a vinyasa class, however it was exactly what my body needed. I came in with a tight glute/IT band inflammation, and left feeling 100%. Learned some awesome stretches I can do at home.

    Yin Yoga

Lola is a very good instructor, very clear on verbal instruction as well as personally demonstrated the poses. The music was very calming and soothing, perfect with the slow movements and deep stretches we were doing. It was my first time doing yin yoga and I enjoyed it very much. The studio is also very clean and well equipped; I will be going back.

    Meditation Express

My first time in meditation. Shailly was really helpful and enthusiastic about guiding me. At first it was just me then two other guys showed up so she helped set me up perfectly. The entire experience was really inspiring and new to me. Of course my mind wandered in a million directions but thats expected for first time. Plus we also all had a good chat after about our experience. Very cool.

They don’t do any “trendy” but are exactly what you’d expect from a really good hot yoga class. They also have another instructor assisting, who makes adjustments on everyone, which is great
