    Bootcamp: Full Body / Arms&Shoulders

    Motivating and clear teacher, good music, nice studio. It def feels like the class is directed towards at home viewers. The run was about 1.5 miles and the rest was strength training. Its split roughly into a 30 minute segment followed by a 10 minute arms segment. It was more strength than I expected. This feels like a Barrys bootcamp for beginners.     You run however long you want in 45 minutes and meet everyone back at the cafe for coffee/snacks. Great way to get a workout and socialising in! They also do other night workouts on Mondays and Thursdays that are more structured.

    Tonight's speed workout was a "game" - as we passed him, we call out a number, which he matched to a slow, medium or fast pace. Then we did a lap (.25 mile) at that pace and asked him for another number. It was great seeing another ClassPasser there and the group is super friendly! Everyone goes to drinks at a bar nearby after the workout.
