see all reviewsMackenzie is such a good instructor! Her counts and encouragement is always so helpful. She is not too intense and pushes just the perfect amount while still being amped up. Playlist is always good. Very attentive instructor yet balances It well with making sure she’s showing the poses and flow a few times.
