We started with a warm up jog, did some initial strength and conditioning assessments, boxing rounds (I brought my own gloves but they have bags at the gym), and then machines/weights. I think it’s a very well-structured program if you’re local and looking for a fitness regimen to commit to. Unfortunately, I’m leaving in 1 month but otherwise would highly recommend.
