    Absolutely love this class and when Jill teaches! I’ve been attending this class almost every week for the last month and I’ve been seeing major improvements in my hamstring flexibility and strength. This class is beginner friendly, but she also offers some more advanced options for certain moves if you wanted to challenge yourself. The pace of this class is great (not too slow, dynamic towards the middle). I highly recommend everyone to try this class.

    I absolutely love this gym, this class, and these instructors! It’s my second time taking the class and it’s a GREAT workout. also, I love the instructor! It’s a small gym so they only ever have 6 or 7 people taking a class at a time (the two times I’ve been). All women. Everyone’s really nice and the instructors push you a healthy amount and are really good at paying attention to your form, correcting it if needed, and pushing you to the finish line. They are awesome with suggesting modifications, too, and encourage you to do what you’re comfortable doing. Will definitely keep going back!

    Amazing sweat! Burned almost 500 cal and avg heart rate 157! I was the only one in class so got a 1:1 session! Abi pushed me just the right amount and he gave clear instructions on every movement and paid attention to every details. It was such a good workout and I picked up the correct forms of boxing.
