see all reviewsAbby was amazing and lived up to the megaformer hype. Her energy was so warm and kind and her routine was super spicy and challenging. I was on fire but she gave plenty of modifications incase a move was too much which I appreciate cuz not everyone is at the same level. Her cues really helped me to feel the move deeper in the targeted muscle group. Can’t wait to take her class again!
