see all reviewsI enjoyed this class. it was very easy and perfect for beginners. It’s super small so you get all the help you need. The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).

see all reviewsRick was a great instructor. I have a shoulder injury and he made sure all of the positions helped strengthen my shoulder and not injure it further. Great workout, I would highly recommend LRO. We need more studios with instructors that are that knowledgeable and caring.
