    This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

    Wow! Challenging and exhilarating. I felt like I got the best of my favorite workouts all in one intense class -- running, intense interval training, and strength training through Pilates. I'll definitely be back for more soon.
