see all reviewsCoach Lirón was the best! He explained the movements clearly and checked in with us throughout. He was patient and encouraging at the same time. The atmosphere is amazing with many quotes within the gym to keep us motivated. All the other members were so positive too. We were beginners and both coach Lirón and coach Nikole helped us with hand wraps how to put on and roll up after. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try boxing or even looking for a solid and fun workout.
