    Deaf Yoga

    I love the fact the Instructor is Deaf and the floor has the vibration component to enable us to feel the music more! Beatrice is an excellent teacher who knows her stuff and can break down the poses well. If I was to change anything, Id try to create a more relaxing space with low-lit lights and scents (candles, incense, etc). The lights in the room are harsh and defeat the purpose of creating a meditative space.

    Black Belt Salsa

    This seems like a great school. However for a ClassPass person who reads it and wants to go to dance salsa for a few hours, it is not necessarily a good option. It is a structured school with a progression that starts in front of a white board. It is not just salsa but a variety of dances, and the salsa that is danced is taught on the two. Description and expectations should be clear and complete. This is the only class I walked out of in two years on ClassPass.
