see all reviewsThis was a really great class! Especially if you are returning to the practice. I would say that you would want to be familiar with the various poses before jumping in to this level class (they have more beginner classes). I loved that the instructor observed when some of us would need a modification and supported that without making us feel called out. I went at 8am on a Sunday so it was a small group and perfect for a cold winter day. I’ll definitely be back. :)
