    Ashtanga Flow - In Studio

    I love this class! I love this instructor!!! She’s amazing! This was my second time attending this class, and the order of moves were different and the type of moves we did were different and I really enjoyed that variety. There were definitely some more advanced people in the class but as a beginner, I felt comfortable and welcomed, and the instructor took the time to really, make sure that I was doing everything okay and readjust which I really appreciated. Thank you Abby!
