    Candice is amazing!!!! I have taken several HB classes at BNL now and hers was by far my favorite. Her instructions and choreography were clear, music was great and loud but not overpowering, and it was the perfect amount of motivation. Will definitely take more of her classes.

    Friendly and welcoming studio, and a really fun class. I really liked the instructor's energy, and she gave great form reminders and corrections. Also felt very safe here, as the rowers are well spaced, and masks are enforced.
