see all reviewsFire! 🔥! It is so rare to find a yoga class in the DMV these days that isn’t focused solely on asana. Yoga is so much more than asana and exercise and while Ali definitely stoked the fire within me with a powerful Ashtanga vinyasa sequence (e.g., we literally we fogged up the windows), she took the time to actually TEACH us something more. Starting the class with breath work and a dharma talk was a breath of fresh air not felt in many DC power classes. Can’t begin to express how much I loved it.
