First yoga class at NEY. It was very relaxing and gave me a nice stretch, which is exactly what I was looking for. The instructor also gave helpful hands on adjustments, even though the room was full. Nice studio. I rode through the choreography and arm weights for a great cycling workout. Pace is a bit fast at times (130rpm+) but don't go that fast. Lisa was super energetic and overall I enjoyed the class despite the arm weights and choreography. Will go again.Their signature cycling class features a sweat packed and dimly-lit and sultry room, combining speed drills, hills, and fun choreography for a fat-torching, in-the-zone cardio experience.

So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre). I will definitely be back, and with friends!BARRE GROOVE is a FUN fitness studio that offers a variety of innovative fitness classes that you can't find anywhere else! Mike taught the class and Rod was helping him out. I wish Mike showed the moves at different spots in the classroom. When it's a full house and mic doesn't work well it's hard to follow. Thankfully Rod was around and guided people. Nevertheless it was a good class.TITLE Boxing Club is a fitness club that offers a combination of boxing and kickboxing classes. I've always liked this studio, but it was my first time going to a class with LeeMarie. It was incredible--deep stretching and just the right amount of heat. LeeMarie's energy was so gentle, welcoming, and non-judgmental, with an emphasis on doing what's best for your own body. I've practiced all over the city and this was one of the very best yoga classes I've ever taken!
