    This class is identical to Track Fitness’ Circuit 60 except the studio is red orange so you feel a bit like you’re in a tanning booth. Class was challenging mix of treadmill and strength and conditioning mat work. Instructor was super nice, welcoming and mindful of all the students. Beautiful studio, change rooms, coffee bar, etc.

    This was a really good class overall, and the instructor was welcoming and upbeat. This is a strength-based class with virtually no cardio, and it is heavily focussed on upper body exercises on this day. I wish however that this class was longer than 45 minutes, because 10-15 minutes is lost from the explanation, warm up, and cool down so it makes for a very short workout.

    After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. It’s like a sports massage: it doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. I’ll be back!

    First time ever and I LOVED IT! It’s a small studio that only fits about 10 people or less, focused more on form than the number of reps.     Bang is one of my favourite gyms in the city. It makes fitness accessible for all people, and has a very accepting culture. But they also get the work done. I’ve been coming to PowerLifting Club weekly for about 5-6 months and I can’t believe my gains. Steve is no-nonsense and wants you to lift safely, but it makes his approval that much more meaningful when you get it! If you’ve ever wanted to try lifting but have been intimidated, this is your safe place to try it out.
