    I really liked Gillian's class. I think her pace is excellent with both the mat and treadmill workouts. Her writing is a lot more organized as well so it's easy to follow the mat workouts and I don't feel like I'm being rushed to hopefully finish one cycle. I think she might be my favourite instructor at Elle!

    Kat's class is perfect for people like me who work at a desk all day. Love the focus on mobility and stretching. It's great for people of all workout levels. Kat checked in with all attendees to understand where our bodies were at, even the online participants. Her instructions were clear and well paced. I plan to attend more of her classes in the future.

    Grounded [Pilates] in the Park

    This was a kick ass class. Challenging in a very good way. Will come back. This is located in the space above Lululemon. The front door is locked so you have to make sure you're there BEFORE class starts so the instructor can sign you in and let you up. all equipment is provided, including mats. The lavender infused cold towel at the end of class was a really nice touch.
