    STUDIO: Roll Out

    After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. It’s like a sports massage: it doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. I’ll be back!

    Phenomenal class! Personalized with a focus on form, and best for students with experience although the instructor, Mary, was great about gauging the class’s level and ability. Clean studio and quality equipment. I’ll be back!

    STRENGTH & LIFT

    First time ever and I LOVED IT! It’s a small studio that only fits about 10 people or less, focused more on form than the number of reps. I loved the support and motivation of the small group - it’s almost like a private group training session with intensity. Griffin was amazing too! Definitely recommend without question!
