    First time ever and I LOVED IT! Its a small studio that only fits about 10 people or less, focused more on form than the number of reps. I loved the support and motivation of the small group - its almost like a private group training session with intensity. Griffin was amazing too! Definitely recommend without question!

    Great class! Boot camp style with 4 different stations that you rotate through. The instructor was very clear, very supportive and ran the class efficiently. The studio is big and the change rooms were spacious & had lots of products. I love the stretching area!
