Used class pass here when I was home for Christmas and had somewhat low expectations for suburban workout. (Sorry...unfair, I know). But i was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong by this upbeat, rigorous class. Great studio! Very full class. Happily wrong!

OMG! it was great class. I'm not the active person and a lot of injuries in my body so o was kinda giving up to do this kind of class BUT! I did. The instructor was so helpful she made me go though the class.
