    Excellent well-rounded workout that can accommodate different fitness levels with good music that is not too loud. The instructor made corrections and was encouraging and made reminders to keep proper posture to get best result and avoid injury. The studio is large, clean and a nice soft floor. Plenty of free parking right in front of store-front studio. I would come here again.
