    Appreciate that the instructors pay close attention to each person to make sure everyone has good form and is exercising at the right levels and weights.     The studio is nice and clean, very neat. The equipments are in very good condition. The class was combination of reformer and tower. One half of class (3-4 people) started on reformer and the other half on tower, then switch off half way through the class. So the instructor is basically teaching two classes at once. A lot of times you are on your own to count; but others in the class seemed to be very familiar with the class so it wasn't hard to follow. I thought the pace was great; workout was challenging enough, though you can always make it more challenging. It was full body workout, we did variety of exercises. I would come back for the class

    The initial session was informative - it was a conversation about my goals, and also I completed the liability form and we did an assessment of my current abilities, and my measurements were taken. I’m looking forward to future sessions, at which time I think I would give 5 stars. I only knocked 1 star off today because I had difficulty finding where I was supposed to be- the address is for a location of 4-5 fitness establishments and finally I discovered this is in the one labeled Boxing. Another sign out front was covered by snow and on the way out I saw that ad mentioned boxing but also strength training etc. it would help if on ClassPass it had instruction to go to the building marked boxing. And if the front door or front desk area had posted information that you’re in the right building for JLtraining, proceed to next room. But again I am planning to start attending regularly and really glad I found out about this place.
