    The best instructor!! Absolutely gutted Abbie isn’t doing the Friday slots anymore. But I’m sure she’ll be amazing at whatever she chooses to do next. She’s so encouraging and really thinks through her classes with good music and lots of movement on the bike. Thank you for motivating me on a Friday over the past months!

    Sarah’s classes are always great fun, she is very welcoming and attentive, pushes you to work hard whilst being able to adapt your workout according to your abilities. The space is wonderful and clean with panoramic views of London. I’ve seen great results since starting her sessions, and has made exercise enjoyable!
