    Great attentive up beat instructor who looks like shes been doing barre for at least 20 years! Age is just a number. Huge room and lots of people but plenty of space. There was a second instructor helping to demonstrate since the room was an odd L shape. Very small waiting area where people leave shoes. You can buy water. One Bathroom is shared in hall. There are hooks on wall to put your belongings. Towels available.

    Great workout. Avery is really nice and a great teacher, giving tips and explaining everything as you go along. All of the other class attendees were also super helpful and nice! You do a warmup with footwork, speed bag, jump rope and treadmill intervals before and upper and lower body circuit 3x through and then bag work.

    First time I ever took a rowing class on CP and I really enjoyed it . I accidentally signed up for the class in Southampton and the front desk was incredibly accommodating and switched me to the East Hampton class. The studio is beautiful and the instructor Logan was really helpful with form and inspirational . The rowers are smooth and comfortable . The workout challenges your entire body by mixing rowing, frictionless core work & functional movement with weights, ending perfectly with stretch and breadth work to return your body to its natural state. Will definitely be back !
