    Mona was great - just an oddity re: the open gym policy, the class audio was prerecorded. Cues were given via overhead projectors on what exercise to do next, similar to F45. Otherwise facility was clean/Covid procedures in place, and class programming was as expected. Just not as motivating without a live teacher.

    I love being back in a cycle class with John- best music and the class flies by because of the variety of movement with each song. Sometimes the counts can be a little hard to follow or they get off count but I feel accomplished when I walk out of class and John is so fun and friendly.

    Really, really, really hard class—which is not a bad thing, but b/c it moved so quickly there wasn’t time to get modifications for things. Didn’t take off a star b/c that’s on me to flag down the instructor, but I didn’t feel like there was time. So if you’re coming off of an injury, I would not recommend this class (my injury was about 2.5 months ago). Other than that, this instructor was insanely good.     Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.
