Good challenging workout The format was 5 stations with 2 exercises at each station, which you did 2x for 45sec each and then rotated. Repeat. Great class! First time. The lights are kept low, similar to a spin class. Exercises move quickly, but the instructor demos everything. Really, really, really hard class—which is not a bad thing, but b/c it moved so quickly there wasn’t time to get modifications for things. Didn’t take off a star b/c that’s on me to flag down the instructor, but I didn’t feel like there was time. So if you’re coming off of an injury, I would not recommend this class (my injury was about 2.5 months ago). Other than that, this instructor was insanely good. Motivating, made time fly when I was dying, and playlist ?

Liana is seriously awesome. She sequences an incredible class that really packs in so much leg and glute work (and yes, core too!).
