    This class is super challenging but you leave feeling very accomplished. The format is similar to Orange Theory with treadmills, rowers, and floor/weight activities, but instead of three sections during class, there are two. There is also a lot more partner work, which is cool but if youre not into working out with others, this may not be for you. I really enjoyed the challenge and definitely plan to come back!

    Justin was incredibly supportive and encouraging of the fact it was my first time -- I really liked him, and he didn't make me feel self conscious at all about not knowing what I was doing. It was super challenging and a little complicated to understand the instructions, but that's the nature of the workout. It's of the most efficient workouts I've ever done -- my entire body was spent afterwards (in a good way!). I did get locked outside for about 10 minutes because I arrived early and didn't know the entry code and my phone battery was dead, and no one could see me stranded outside.

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Great class! First time. The lights are kept low, similar to a spin class. Exercises move quickly, but the instructor demos everything. This was definitely more cardio than strength (lots of 20 second intervals basically jumping around) but I liked it. Lots of different fitness levels for fellow classmates. People were going at their own pace. Not intimidating. They provide towels!

    Liana is seriously awesome. She sequences an incredible class that really packs in so much leg and glute work (and yes, core too!). I love the Buns & Guns format my main complaint about the regular Solidcore classes is that there is so much focus on core that form suffers, and skimps on larger lower body muscles that end up not fully exhausted. I wasnt sure if this would be too advanced but Id say if you have some basic TRX and kettlebell experience its totally fine, there was a good mix here. Loved how we alternated between each move. My only reservation was that there were some barefoot people with their feet on the TRX in the class before and nothing was wiped down between our classes.     Was a little skeptical at first due to the small space and number of people arriving to the class. But Salina was awesome, provided lots of feedback to everyone. And it was a solid workout for both upper and lower body.
