    Nice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention. Felt like I got a good workout in the hour!

    Really, really, really hard class—which is not a bad thing, but b/c it moved so quickly there wasn’t time to get modifications for things. Didn’t take off a star b/c that’s on me to flag down the instructor, but I didn’t feel like there was time. So if you’re coming off of an injury, I would not recommend this class (my injury was about 2.5 months ago). Other than that, this instructor was insanely good.     I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    This is a cute little studio with friendly staff. The spin classes have a much more intimate feel than many other studios given the small space, small number of bikes, and lack of darkness. I enjoyed this class, but I'm not sure I would call it a "sculpt" class. It seemed like a pretty standard spin class to me. This studio has one shower, but no towels, hairdryer, or basic toiletries, so make sure to bring that stuff with you if you want to shower after class.

    Definitely a class for middle and advanced level yogis. Lots of options for inversions. The instructor did demonstrate a few positions but mostly just the lesser known ones. Class moved quickly. Good directions from instructor. I didn’t like that the lights were on full for most of class (just off for quick shavasana at end) The studio is nice and not far from either VA Square or Clarendon Metro. They have two restrooms for changing and cubbies for belongings. They must have some parking available in building as they have a form for license plate info.

I’ve taken so many classes at nearly every studio in the area and this is the first time I was able to do sprints out of the saddle without the bike feeling like it was going to fall apart. Great music, extremely fast paced so I can understand feeling lost as I did at times. Seems like the kind of class you get the hang of after a few with the same teacher. Loved Lianas ending.
