    Probably my favorite solidcore class I’ve ever taken, including in person and virtuals. Raven was super helpful with correcting form, motivating us to keep working, and keeping the mood light. Definitely want to take more of her classes virtually and in person, since she’s in the same city! :)

    It was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

    I’ve been going to Solid Core since it first opened in DC (aging myself) & Triana is by far the best, most motivating coach I’ve come across. She’s able to give you one cerbal cue & redirect your form all while celebrating your hard work. Toughest class. Awesome playlist. Best instructor.

    Ebony is the best; she makes you fight for every small movement and so no matter how long you’re in an exercise—you will shake. Class was amazing, and I feel more motivated and than I have in other classes to push myself and keep going with what it is possible.

    Nefertiti was awesome, took time to demonstrate the moves ahead of time which really helped me transition in class. She had really helpful hands on adjustments and was super encouraging and motivating! She was an excellent instructor!

    Really, really, really hard class—which is not a bad thing, but b/c it moved so quickly there wasn’t time to get modifications for things. Didn’t take off a star b/c that’s on me to flag down the instructor, but I didn’t feel like there was time. So if you’re coming off of an injury, I would not recommend this class (my injury was about 2.5 months ago). Other than that, this instructor was insanely good.     Really difficult class! Hannah was a great instructor- very clear and helpful for a newbie like me. The class is mostly toning and strengthening and I found it to be very physically challenging, so it would probably be best for someone who already works out/strength trains frequently.

    Liana is seriously awesome. She sequences an incredible class that really packs in so much leg and glute work (and yes, core too!). I love the Buns & Guns format my main complaint about the regular Solidcore classes is that there is so much focus on core that form suffers, and skimps on larger lower body muscles that end up not fully exhausted. Please add more to the schedule! Book it people!!

    Frankie was AMAZING! This was my first SC class and she was so attentive and personal with explaining everything to me. I would go to any class Frankie taught ever. That being said, the workout itself isn’t for me, which isn’t to say it’s bad. It is a lot of slow, weighted, difficult movements. I tried it to get out of my comfort zone, and I’m already sore.

    Started with Approx 40 minutes of TRX rounds (3 exercises each round/4 rounds) with cardio mixed in. Good mix of arms, legs, core. Stretch for the last 20 minutes, not yoga anymore like it was months ago, but still a good stretch I wish they brought in the chilled towels between the strength and stretch portions because by the end I’m already cooled down. Easy street parking out front. Large locker room with showers and lockers for changing clothes
