    This was really fun ! My first solidcore class and virtual ! It was scary to put my camera on at first but Olivia did such a great job encouraging everyone. Major props to her because I’m sure this format is difficult ! Will try another class !

    It was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

    I’ve been going to Solid Core since it first opened in DC (aging myself) & Triana is by far the best, most motivating coach I’ve come across. She’s able to give you one cerbal cue & redirect your form all while celebrating your hard work. Toughest class. Awesome playlist. Best instructor.

    Full Body - Ye vs. JAY [theme sweat]

    Maggie was a fantastic instructor, there were some first-timers and she did a really nice job explaining to them and pushing us all to the max. I signed up specifically for the Ye vs. Jay theme and it was awesome. Definitely going to sign up for her class again!!

    Niki was an amazing and encouraging instructor! It was my first time taking the arms and abs class after a break and it was very challenging, but Niki did a great job explaining the moves and gently correcting my form when necessary. I will definitely take her class again!

    Nefertiti was awesome, took time to demonstrate the moves ahead of time which really helped me transition in class. She had really helpful hands on adjustments and was super encouraging and motivating! She was an excellent instructor!

    Really, really, really hard class—which is not a bad thing, but b/c it moved so quickly there wasn’t time to get modifications for things. Didn’t take off a star b/c that’s on me to flag down the instructor, but I didn’t feel like there was time. So if you’re coming off of an injury, I would not recommend this class (my injury was about 2.5 months ago). Other than that, this instructor was insanely good. Motivating, made time fly when I was dying, and playlist ?

    Such an awesome class! Loved getting extra lower body work. Liana was a motivating and helpful coach with well-thought out and challenging sequencing that made the class fly by. Wish this format was offered more often on the schedule!

    First class with Vanessa - shes great. Ive been doing Solidcore and other megaformer classes for years but she was very helpful and understanding with modifications for pregnancy which was appreciated! Taught a tough class, will be back for more!

    Frankie was AMAZING! This was my first SC class and she was so attentive and personal with explaining everything to me. I would go to any class Frankie taught ever. That being said, the workout itself isn’t for me, which isn’t to say it’s bad. It is a lot of slow, weighted, difficult movements. I tried it to get out of my comfort zone, and I’m already sore.
