    Good class. Flowed from cardio based warm up to strength circuit with weights to core/ab floor work to cardio finisher and brief cool down. goes by super quick. Excellent workout, small environment, friendly instructor made an effort to call out names. the studio also has very nice showers and toiletries. I'll be back!

    14th - Classic HIIT

    This class is super challenging but you leave feeling very accomplished. The format is similar to Orange Theory with treadmills, rowers, and floor/weight activities, but instead of three sections during class, there are two. There is also a lot more partner work, which is cool but if youre not into working out with others, this may not be for you. I really enjoyed the challenge and definitely plan to come back!

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Great class. Mkatz is strictly weights and strength, with similar moves to body pump and some kettlebell work. I was worried about sticking out but theres a wide range of body types and fitness levels, and you do your own thing. Everyone is focused and no one pays attention to anyone else.

    Brian was amazing and so attentive to my being a first timer. Cant recommend him enough and the class was the arm burner I was hoping for. I wasnt sure if this would be too advanced but Id say if you have some basic TRX and kettlebell experience its totally fine, there was a good mix here. Loved how we alternated between each move. My only reservation was that there were some barefoot people with their feet on the TRX in the class before and nothing was wiped down between our classes. Theres no reason for bare feet in this place. But Ill be back wiping everything down beforehand

    Great class! My muscles will definitely be sore tomorrow. My only minor complaint was that there was almost no glute work but that might have just been for this one class. Also despite there being a number of mirrors (in a gorgeous space!) it was a bit difficult to see the instructor at times. I'll probably be back!

    Loved this class! I went because it sounded like Orange Theory, which I love. I liked this even better. Super challenging - I was sweating the whole time. But also really fun and dynamic. I could have used more instruction. During treadmill, the coach was focused on the floor group so I couldnt always remember the distance we were supposed to be doing on treadmill or rower.     Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.
