    Good class, nice studio. The bikes measure your rpm and gears and occasionally the instructor will put up the leaderboard Songs are choreographed similar to other cycle studious - and there is one arm song with weights. Parking is pretty easy, theres a garage under Harris Teeter with some spaces reserved for Cycle Bar, and an elevator that will take you right up to the studio. There are only 2 private bathrooms/changing rooms and with 40 people I can imagine it gets really busy if youre trying to change before class or shower after class. The bathroom was stocked with quite a few styling products, hair ties, etc As a new student they were very welcoming, gave me a tour, had a locker reserved, complimentary reusable water bottle They also let you use their clip-in shoes for no additional cost.

    Really fantastic instructor. This is the most consistent barre3 studio Ive been to when it comes to awesome instructors and really challenging workouts. My only complain here is the music is just TOO loud. It was legitimately hurting my ears today. The instructors keep turning it up during the class and it reaches unhealthy levels. I know Im not just being dramatic about it because Ive seen so many other comments on here about it too so I wish they would take that feedback and turn it down a bit and just keep it at a consistent level. Turning it up and down through class is also distracting. This wont keep be from coming back as Ill just bring ear plugs, but still wish theyd listen.

    Justin was incredibly supportive and encouraging of the fact it was my first time -- I really liked him, and he didn't make me feel self conscious at all about not knowing what I was doing. It was super challenging and a little complicated to understand the instructions, but that's the nature of the workout. It's of the most efficient workouts I've ever done -- my entire body was spent afterwards (in a good way!). I did get locked outside for about 10 minutes because I arrived early and didn't know the entry code and my phone battery was dead, and no one could see me stranded outside.

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

    Tougher class than Yoga 1 but still with plenty of options if you're a beginner like me. So you'll feel more challenged, but beginners don't be scared! Melody was great--really clear with explaining what goes where aligned how and why, and soothing voice with an easy going demeanor. I recommend getting one of those big yoga mat towels for this class.

    So this wasn't the class I was expecting, but it ended up being the class I needed. I was expecting a more fast paced practice. However this class offered a slower - more holding of poses - type of practice. That being said the instructor really let you make it your own. I left feeling rejuvenated and restored.
