Nice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention. Great class but some feedback: teacher asked too many times how exercises were feeling and it was very distracting( instead she could try moving her mike out of the way so we all didn’t hear or describe posture in more detail) also the mic volume was too loud and music too quiet and in the headphones I couldn’t concentrate on the exercises because the teachers voice was overpowering the music. Otherwise this class was great. I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow!

    Sweat 45

So glad I finally got around to taking a class here! All the staff were so warm and welcoming! I’ve taken so many classes at nearly every studio in the area and this is the first time I was able to do sprints out of the saddle without the bike feeling like it was going to fall apart. Plus Janelle had great music and unique, fun choreography. PLUS I love that each month they support a local nonprofit. Will definitely be back!

IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Legs - MASK OPTIONAL

My first time back in the studio since March and everything was super clean and spaced out. All social distancing rules were being enforced and followed. Also, the class was great! The P30 section of the class was all barre work, which I would have preferred less of but it was still a fantastic workout.
