    IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Booty - MASK REQUIRED

    I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

    Elevate 60 (Small Group)

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Great class once I figured out the bike settings (you have to pick power training, not quick start, and go through all the prompts to set up). I liked that it was taught by zone and not color so no one else could see your zones.

    Boxing Fundamentals

    I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!

    Good challenging workout The format was 5 stations with 2 exercises at each station, which you did 2x for 45sec each and then rotated. Repeat. Lots of typical HIIT exercises, but fun and with the constant rotation it kept things interesting and moving. They didn’t have towels (that I saw) so bring your own
