    Amazing! High energy and great variety. This class literally packs a punch. Good balance of full body circuits and strength training with challenges worked in throughout. Shannon was helpful acquainting me with each round and took care of all newcomers. Even though this was my first class, I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend it. Even though it’s only 45 minutes it’s high intensity the whole time. I loved starting my Saturday off this way.

    Off Peak - Full Body

    Great class, friendly teacher and pretty easy to follow. The cans size allowed for personal attention. [solidcore] is more core based than other Megaformer classes. It would be great if they had a 30 minute version that focused just in abs. You can get rather tired doing arms and legs as well as abs.

    Balanced. Fit. Functional.

    Tell you what... I wasn’t sure about this class at first. The studio is well designed and the instructors are welcoming, but it was a bit slow for me. I had to practice a lot of patience with myself. The day after, I felt it everywhere, though. I believe I will be back for this jawn even though that was not my initial reaction.

    Tim is great! He's really encouraging and motivating. Though this class is definitely appropriate for beginners, it wasn't as low level as some of the comments made me expect. We did some circuits and had a good workout, will definitely be feeling it tomorrow. Looking forward to taking this class again.
