    Fly 45

Super motivating. Lots of time on lower torque levels (17-20) at a steady fast pace, with a few sprints. Then a good chunk of time on hills, but again at a moderate pace. So at the end I didn't feel as though I worked as hard (not out of breath much), but I still hit my typical overall power number.

I like classes with lots of accessories to keep me interested and distract me from how tired I am, and this studio is perfect for that! I've taken several of their classes, but this my favorite so far. We used the rebounder, medicine ball, hand weights, and power reels, which I'd never used before. They're handles on reels of cables for resistance. The resistance feels light at first, but you feel the burn quickly! The class was a good mix of cardio and sculpting, and the instructor was very motivating. I can't wait to take it again!

Stunning studio in center city. Very spacious with lots of amenities (showers, towels, etc.) Barre3 is more of a cardio style class, less emphasis on weights. Great complement to the the weight training and other traditional barre classes I take. Ariel was a sweet and very attentive teacher. I look forward to my next class at Barre3 Rittenhouse!

Challenging workout, somewhat self paced. This studio has the vibe of a community where everyone kinda knows each other, so as a newcomer, expect to feel a little "newcomerish." Be prepared to lift heavier weights than most classes on ClassPass.

Love the workouts here, and Tessa is one of my favorite instructors. She's really upbeat and motivating and is great about correcting form. I just wish the studio would maintain the treadmills better. I always seem to be on one that's not level and tipping to the side or that rocks back and forth way more than it should while I'm running.

HPF - Hot Power Fusion: Candlelight

My first time at Core Power Yoga, and I’ve seen this chain in every major city. This was a hot yoga class with good instructions and some more descriptive names for the poses (asanas) than the original Sanskrit offers. Sone spirituality but not too much, as is trendy today. I liked this scaled down version. Great workout without too much extra stuff. I would certainly return and hope to visit other CPY locations.

    Sculpt All Levels

I haven't been to Sculpt in awhile and the class felt like a complete workout. I would like it if instructors gave other options for our wrist positions. Being in a plank too long or any position with the wrists taking a lot of weight can really make me sore. I had to just opt out of a few exercises because of my wrist pain.

Great class, friendly teacher and pretty easy to follow. The cans size allowed for personal attention. [solidcore] is more core based than other Megaformer classes. It would be great if they had a 30 minute version that focused just in abs. You can get rather tired doing arms and legs as well as abs.

Clean, sleek studio with lots of great amenities and friendly staff. Sheila was encouraging and had a varied, fun playlist. Good variety of climbs, sprints, and work in and out of the saddle. One minor complaint is that its hard to tell where your RPMs should be since theres not really a gauge like at Flywheel. But otherwise really good. This is an awesome addition to Grad Hospital!

Justin is possibly the best yoga teacher ever. he goes out of his way to take care of his students, always helping but never shaming. the studio itself takes great care of the students, providing mats and lavender infused cool down towels for free and bath towels at a nominal rate. wonderful studio and great Bikram practice. There is no music or distractions, only the sound of your own breath and the instructors voice.

Awesome, my new favorite place! Honestly, I do not understand anyone who would give less than 5 stars rating to this gym. My workout was challenging, individualized and well observed by an instructor. Pete is obviously very knowledgeable, he even invited me to stay for roller tender point release type of class gratis. I will definitely come back.

Matt has a great teaching style that describes the postures very technically so you can make adjustments. He also took requests for areas to work on, which is appreciated. I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

    45 Minute Barr/Yoga

I didn't know what to expect because this is a very traditional yoga studio. But the class was good! Barre work with lots of abs and we didn't even use weights for arms but they still got a great workout. The class itself was barre based but the stretching sections were from yoga so it is the best of both worlds. It's only 45 minutes in the middle of the day, great when you have limited exercise time. I will definitely take this class again.

Really liked the helpful pose corrections from the instructor; not crazy about the playlist (chanting and nature sounds but also an electronic beat). There was a lavender oil distributed at the beginning of the practice and a frankincense oil at the end.

Awesome! Great attention to detail. Instructor was obviously very knowledgeable and very invested in students performing exercises in a safe and correct way. I also feel like I got physical therapy session in addition to a workout. Really great place.
