    Intro to Pole (Studio C)

    Such a fun class! This was my first time taking a pole dancing class and I absolutely loved it! It was easy to understand the instructions, even if I couldn’t do all the moves yet, and Abby was so great to have! I highly recommend this class for anyone that has been tempted to try. Hot tip - wear short spandex shorts and a bra or tank top so that you’re not sliding up and down the pole :)

    Clara’s class was so fun, I had a great time! The music was a good mix of top 40s and oldies pop with a good beat. I loved that we got to dance it out in the first half, and then did weights and core to music for the second half. The time flew by and it felt good to dance away my worries from the last week!
